Hi, I’m Jlynn Frazier and I am wild for adventure! I work a “9 to 5” like many people do and I am passionate about spending as much time outside in nature as possible. I look forward to sharing my experiences with you through stories and photographs and I hope to spark your curiosities to explore and protect all of our natural resources.
I have adventured in 5 of 7 continents, run a marathon, climbed many mountains including a recent attempt at summiting Mt. Katahdin in winter. As much as I love the challenge of “epic adventures,” I thrive on the simple moments spent here in Maine exploring my local surroundings, walking along streams, running on trails, and soaking in the beauty of the natural world with a camera in hand.
I was born and raised here in Maine and grew up in Bangor. I am a proud University of Maine alum and spent my time in grad school studying storytelling. Upon graduation I decided it was time to leave Maine and spent several years working in the non-profit sector in Washington, DC. As so many can likely relate to, Maine was home to me and I decided to return to create and live an adventure life here. I am thrilled to provide a great weekly dose of nature and share my evolving adventure journey with you.
I currently live in Knox County with my adventure partner Jared and our two adventure pups, James and Sprout.
